PRECISION Direct Mount Systems give measurement techs a rigid, large-bore path from the orifice union to the differential pressure transmitter—without custom tubing, extra fittings, or guesswork. Stabilized connectors lock onto the union, a 2- or 5-valve full-bore manifold isolates and vents the instrument, and the transmitter bolts on in either traditional or coplanar style. We supply the mount, manifold, and adapters. You keep the transmitter you already specify.
Large-bore 0.375" / 9.5 mm ports reduce restriction and plug-up risk on gas and liquid service. A tensioning nut on short and long connectors resists angular stress at the union. Long connectors can include an integral isolation valve and a dielectric kit. A 2-valve spacer lets you pull the 5-valve manifold without shutting in the line. Horizontal, vertical, and horizontal-to-vertical 5-valve bodies, plus pressure / DP+pressure / dual-DP adapters, cover the layouts field crews actually use. 316 / 316L, carbon steel, and other alloys are fully pressure-tested and stocked for faster turnaround than the usual catalog-only path.
